SHIPPING POLICY

USA Customers

We do not estimate shipping costs. We ship from Sunrise, FL 33351 and typically use FedEx Ground.

Ground Shipments will be sent via FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx Freight*. The shipping charges will be added to your invoice. Please advise us if the address we are shipping to is a commercial or residential address as this effects the shipping charges.

If you have a FedEx account number you would like to use, please provide this number to us when placing your order.

In addition to the freight charges, handling charges will be incurred. Handling charges are $6.00 for the first carton and $4.00 for each additional carton.

Air Shipments will be sent via FedEx. There are 4 different services available: FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx 2 Day and FedEx Express Saver. FedEx Priority Overnight is the most costly and FedEx Express Saver is the least costly. If you require a shipment via FedEx Air, please be advised that you will incur a handling charge of 2% of your total invoice, plus a $75.00 Document Prep Fee for the shipment of dangerous goods if we are shipping nail polish. Nail polish is considered a dangerous good because it is a flammable liquid. We do not recommend shipping by air unless absolutely necessary due to the costs involved. The nail polish products that ship by air are considered a Class 9, ID8000 Consumer Commodity dangerous good.

*FedEx Freight For orders that contain 8 or more cartons, we will compare the cost of shipping via FedEx Ground or FedEx Freight. It has been our experience that FedEx Freight will be the most cost effective way to ship. If we ship via FedEx Freight, we will add the freight charges to your invoice, along with a $30.00 handling charge. You will need to advise us if we need a liftgate, inside delivery, or a delivery appointment. All bulk shipments of nail polish (5 gallon pails, 30 gallon drums & 55 gallon drums) will ship via FedEx Freight. Bulk shipments are considered a Class 3, UN1263, PGII Paint Related Material, which is flammable.

International Customers

All customers outside of the U.S.A. must provide us with the name of a freight forwarder to handle their shipment.

Please note, the only option for International Shipments is via a freight forwarder of your choice. A $75.00 fee will be applied for Dangerous Goods (DG) documentation prepared by us.

Shipments of samples only, may be sent via FedEx on our account and we will invoice you for the shipping charges. Sample orders to Canada have the option of going by ground, economy or prior¬ity, the last two being by air. You may also provide us with your credit card information to pay for these shipments.

*Please be sure to let us know if the address we are shipping to is a residence or business as there are different fees for these locations
